Just in time to coincide with the launch of Devnaa I have finally come up with an egg free cupcake recipe that passes the taste test! Having struggled through trials and errors resulting in 'rock' cakes (literally!) and cakes with hard crusty tops, others that didn't rise and some that worked but just didn't taste that great I have come out at the other side with what I (and my regular taste testers) think actually works - woo hoo! Spongy, light and tasty!
So, for those vegetarians out there who like the idea of a cupcake tower at your wedding but thought it couldn't be - don't fear! They are on their way! (also available in vegan) :) xx
