Hello and welcome to our new look Devnaa blog! We're excited to usher in this change as the first of many we'll be making in 2012. Aside from the usual Devnaa and chocolate news we'll also be posting lots of vegetarian recipe ideas and news on Indian cuisine in general - everything from recipes and ingredients to restaurant reviews and all the things we come across and feel that we'd like to share with you.
Starting with a piece of Devnaa news I'd like to introduce everybody to our limited edition Devnaa Easter Egg, pictured above. This is the first time we've created something like this especially for Easter and we hope that you will agree that it has been well worth the wait. The egg comprises of a 31% milk chocolate shell, flavoured with our signature sweet chai masala blend of ground cinnamon, cardamom, ginger and clove and is filled with 12 of our signature salted caramels: 4 Chai Masala Milk Chocolate Caramels; 4 Coconut and Cardamom Dark Chocolate Caramels; and 4 Saffron and Pistachio White Chocolate Caramels. The entire egg weighs in at about 400g and is wrapped in gold foil and and a beautiful aubergine cellophane, finished with a big gold bow to make a gorgeous Easter gift for your family or friends.
